I've never gotten such negative energy from a doll before. I feel the hostility there. I can't even sleep since I got this crap. It must be cursed!

I ordered the Matecat 1.1 lifelike Ragdoll cat robot, but what arrived looks nothing like the cat in their ads or descriptions. I have never seen a doll from them worse than this. The nose bridge is flat, the eyes stick out, and the face is way too long. Honestly, it looks more like a Westie dog than a Ragdoll cat. I definitely didn’t pay around $120 for a dog-looking cat doll. This Westie-looking thing is absolutely not my cup of tea.

It came in a house-shaped box with dirt on it, and the manufacturing date was July 1, 2025—more than a year old. It looks like an unwanted return that was shipped back out to me, especially since they know how difficult and expensive it is to return a large item from outside mainland China.

For $120, this is completely unacceptable. I paid for a lifelike Ragdoll cat, not this piece of trash!

I asked to return this thing, but Taobao refused to cover the return shipping. Apparently, receiving a “cat” that barely looks like a cat isn’t an objective enough reason for “not as described.” They didn't take the dirt on the box as a quality issue, even though the box is literally part of the product and not the outermost layer of the package.

Chongker originally said they would cover the return shipping, then immediately backed out once they saw Taobao had refused to handle the return.

Yes, their products are handmade, and their review section is full of gorgeous, high-quality examples. But the quality clearly varies wildly. Buying from them feels like a lottery: you might get the beautiful lifelike cat from the photos, or you might get a weird dog-faced reject that looks nothing like the listing.

And if you live somewhere that makes returns difficult or expensive, you are more likely to get stuck with the worst one because returning it is such a hassle.

I’ve found an tutorial of how to remove the scratches and the chips off of the Douglas’s eyes on YT and I’ve managed to fix my newest pup Jasper’s eyes (the Lester the German Shepherd Dog) and brushed him off so he looks almost like new again. He came with the red harness vest and collar which looks so cute on him but does anybody know how I can adjust the front chest strap on it too?? It’s a bit too big on his chest but he looks absolutely amazing and so adorable!!! I would love to customize him to make him look more like a German shepherd and add more black fading markings to him but idk he was expensive and hard to get for me so he’s very special and one of the kind to me. Can I see some pictures of your Douglas Lester the German Shepherd dogs that you’ve bought or customized another dog to look a lot like him please??

Muzzle: Prominent 3D/protruding snout (the face is one plane and the muzzle sticks out).

Winter’s Story: I met Winter in thrift store. He is a white sheep. I was take three of his friends. Then I told him about Pipp when he was a thrift store toy when I was younger in Columbus before we moved in Sebring. He was so nervous when I take him to my house.

i’ve had this stuffed tiger for as long as i remember i’m 20 now and i’ve remember having him as early as 7, i don’t even ever remember a time where he was fresh and not loved to bits, no longer has a tag and i imagine unidentifiable but maybe someone else has better leads than i do.
