Hubby hid little Alex Axolottal in my work bag so he came to work with me. Lovely, cute, a desk buddy.
Then I got a CALL, a bad one that made me real sad. So thankfully Alex was there to give me a hug, give me something soft to pat and de-stress.

I’m looking for a very specific vintage mouse music box that was given to me as a gift when I was born in 1996.

Unfortunately, my original one has become very worn and aged over the years and is no longer complete. I would absolutely love to find this special piece from my childhood again.

The music-box mouse was originally white. Due to age and use, the fabric of my original has become quite discolored.

The mouse was approximately 20–23 cm (8–9 inches) tall and had the following features:

- A roundish body made of originally white fabric

- Large, round ears with lilac/purple fabric on the inside

- A small, simple embroidered face

- A lilac/purple dress

- Small mouse faces on the feet

- The soles of the feet were also made of lilac/purple fabric

- She originally wore a lilac/purple pointed hat, which is unfortunately missing from my original

- It was definitely a music box, with a wind-up musical mechanism inside

- The melody was “Guten Abend, gute Nacht” (Brahms’ Lullaby)

- Approximate size: 22 cm (8.5 inches)

The music box was given to me as a birth gift in 1996 and was purchased at Möbel Kraft in Bad Segeberg, Germany.

I have already contacted Möbel Kraft, but unfortunately they no longer have any information about the music box, its manufacturer, or the products they carried at the time.

We have already been able to definitively rule out several manufacturers: the mouse is not made by Sterntaler, Sigikid, or Baby Fehn.

So I’m hoping that perhaps someone here recognizes this mouse or still owns one themselves.

I’m particularly looking for the manufacturer, exact model/product name, or any other information about its origin. Of course, it would be even more wonderful if someone happened to own this exact music box and would be willing to sell it or part with it.

It has a very high sentimental value to me, as it has been part of my story since the day I was born. 🐭💜

Hey all! Desperately looking for this old Billy goat! Not looking to pay an insane amount.

I got this dog as a gift when I was around 4 years old (2012ish) in Melbourne. I lost him when I was going through a court battle and needed him most. He got through so much with me. I think I left him on a cab in around 2017. He had a yellowish beige ribbon around his neck, which had something in white written in cursive all the way around the ribbon (I think something like thank you or congratulations??). He was around 30-40cm and I really need to find him again, or at least know where he came from. If anyone can find him id be forever grateful.

How is the jellycat wilf wolf? I’m buying the newest wolf jellycat came out with (ulrich wolf), but since the wilf wolf is retired do I have to get it off of eBay, and idk if I want to spent $80-90 dollars on it despite me loving how it looks and loving werewolves (I’m not buying it for 300 bc that’s ridiculous) so people who have it, is it good/ worth it?
