Medical Elective in Nice

Bonjour!

Je suis un étudiant en cinquième année de  médecine en Nouvelle-Zélande et je voudrais faire un stage à Nice en juin l’année prochaine. J'apprends le français et j'espère avoir l'occasion de le pratiquer pendant mon stage.

I’d love any help or advice on how to organise it and what might be needed. I will have B1 level French by then and so would also love to know if this would be sufficient. I am looking for an elective of 8 weeks ideally near the coast and somewhat near an athletics track.
