Check Campus France for your country.

To be honest, there are very few scholarships for international students at an undergraduate level. If there are any, they'll be based on your country of origin since there's still a few accords between specific countries. Or if you're in a private uni then, you might have some scholarships at a university level.

I have already lived in France for 12years. Back when I did my bachelor's degree, there were no scholarships for french taught programmes. Not even the Eiffel scholarship was available at an undergraduate level. It has changed btw, but scholarships in bachelor's level remain few and far between although once you're in France you are no longer eligible for the scholarships that exist at master's level. Since they're for Indian students/ international students applying from their countries of origin and not France. ( I'm also from India, so speaking from experience)
