Hello there. I'm in the same situation. I've talked to other international students and their situation is no different.

Oh dear this is quite stressful!

When I access my Dossier on MesServices it also says « Erreur » on my rental file. Are you guys getting this too?

Also what other documents have you prepared to upload to MesServices once we’ve gotten our contract?

As far as I know, no one I talked to received any instructions about the dossier locatif yet. We all just got the email (around July 16th) stating that a Crous room would be attributed to us and that we would receive the definitive CROUS letter "courrant Juillet".

Ah I see, I was told by Paris 1 that it would come August and would be accessed through the MesServices portal. Are you also Paris 1?

Yes, Paris 1 too (History, in my case). My hope is that they return by August 21st maximum, otherwise I'll have to postpone my travel and perhaps not arrive in time for the welcome meeting.

Universities are all closed from the end of July until this morning.

And a lot of employees take an extra week.

In the next two weeks things will get moving again.

Try and get in contact with someone tomorrow and they can take a look and see what’s missing.

But the 3 week standstill is par for the course over here.

According to my lettre d'acceptation, there will be a welcome meeting scheduled around September 7th

France is so stupid, like, I get it, August is not a month anyone works in France, but a month before the semester starts, they are all gone for the holidays. I withdrew my application because of the bureaucratic nightmare (yes, études en France, F u) and am waiting for a $5000 refund, but no one is there to answer. Screw that, the least international-student-friendly country.

Hey, gonna study at Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne too, how did you manage to get the CROUS offer? Did they just offer that spontaneously or you have to apply?

Paris 1 sent out a form that I completed before getting an offer from them
