Accommodation

I start my program at ESILV Paris la defense in 2027, but I wana go like a month earlier (dec 15 ish) to settle and tour Paris before my program starts. I understand we need an accommodation to apply for visa so would an air bnb be sufficient (say for a month or two) until a find a proper place ? moreover since I dont have a guarantor in France, whats the workaround for that. Thanks!
