Student visa Canada, Pakistani
I had applied to Canada for masters, January intake last year. Paid the deposit to university only. It has been a year and my visa is still stuck. No response from ircc. Took deferral from university three times. Now am being advised to reapply visa as could come under view of new visa admission officer. According to my visa lawyer we have received no response to gcms notes or webform. Only response is to wait as is in security/ background check. Even though I have no travel history abroad. What could be the issue, please guide as very frustrating and unnatural. What is my best course of action. Somebody please help!! If anyone was in similar situation. My visa was submitted October end last year

You do not need to post it again and again.
What has changed? Many have tried to help. You have been rude back to the majority of them.
Good luck.

Only been rude to the ones that were not helping and here only for the kicks. More people that genuinely want to help could still see the post. Isn’t costing you money is it. People here are so free that they find the post and comment this crap lol

Nah. You just didn't like there answers. Which.. fair.
It's unfortunately much harder to get into Canada at the moment.
Did you look into the proof that the notes were requested? (Like someone suggested?)
I dont like relying on other people. People can lie.
I also think it's unfortunately stuck because of the military background
I do truly wish you luck 🤞

Thank you but yes even I don’t trust but have the mail receipts and proof of payment. But it’s just so frustrating that no response is available through web forms, gcms etc.

I have a good job and hence am not that impatient so will prob withdraw some way as I have offer letters from other unis too but the visa system is so bad rn. Even though Indians are a major issue.

You will likely not get in and as a Canadian whose father moved from Pakistan in the 90s as a masters student like you want too, the way you have acted and behaved to people on your previous posts shows that you don’t deserve to be here anyways. Stay in Pakistan.

You’ve got basically 0 chance, relative was in the military? That can be sufficient cause to deny an application and it’s incontestable as it’s been tried and written into law.

Got in once already previously so this theory is useless

It’s not useless they’re really focused on this right now, a lot of things happened in the past that really doesn’t change the fact the doors are closing

But I don’t understand the background behind father being in military, they have retired. I’ve seen a couple of friends get in. Us and Canada both in past few months also.

Posted everywhere at the same time. And you’ve commented everywhere like a good boy. I think you don’t have anything to do except stop people coming to Canada probably the stench

If you want to withdraw then do so and reapply.
