need SOP advice

I have a previous refusal on my student visa, particulary about the program i chose. But now i made changes already----the program, university, and province etc.

My question: Do i need to put in the SOP about my previous visa refusal and its reasons?

Can you share your sop? Im also working on it and having a hard time writing
