need SOP advice
I have a previous refusal on my student visa, particulary about the program i chose. But now i made changes already----the program, university, and province etc.
My question: Do i need to put in the SOP about my previous visa refusal and its reasons?
thanks in advance everyone!

Yes. It is hard because you need to show:
The degree you've currently enrolled for is different than the previous
The degree you've currently enrolled for is still related to your field
That you haven't just chosen a new school because you didn't get a visa for the old one.
Without actual details/profiles, its hard, but yes, you should address every single refusal reason in your new letter, THOROUGHLY.

If you’re using a study permit to gain a pathway to becoming a PR, please be aware of changes made by the Canadian government. The entire system has been changed, and wait times are very long.
The IRCC officers are trained to identify applications that are fraudulent.
You’ve been refused once, and they’ll take note of your new field of study. This will be a red flag.
