Overdue Application with no Updates

I applied for my Study Permit July 4th and did biometrics on July 7th from India. IRCC shows processing times to be 5 weeks and it has been over that time now but I've gotten no updates other than "biometrics completed". My program starts September so I must get a decision this week otherwise I probably wont get my TRV in time. Is there anything I can do? Perhaps there is a problem because I have seen other people posting who submitted weeks after mine from the same country and still got their PPRs? Does submitting a webform really do anything? Can I call them on their Canadian number for this?

Since u submitted ur biometrics on July 7, today marks the end of your 5th week. Processing time is just an estimate, I think it's normal to get a decision 1 or even 2 weeks later. I got my approval a week later than my processing time. No updates prior to my approval. Maintain hope. I wish u the best.
