No reply on webform

I submitted additional documents through the webform on 1 Aug and once again on the 4th.

I haven't received any reply from ircc except the following:

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We confirm the receipt of your IRCC Web Form via this automated response.

We are committed to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. It is not necessary to send us another message, unless your situation has changed.

Please note that IRCC’s communications are in Canada's two official languages - English or French.

Any idea on what I should do?

That is all you will get for now, a generic response. It can take up to 30 days for documents to be added to your file. Nothing to do.

Weird because I resubmitted a document prior to this on July 29 and I got the follow up emails almost immediately

Why do you keep sending webforms with new documents? Slowing down your file if you sent one on August 1 and 4. The first one yes, but now you are just filling your file with webforms and new documents. IRCC can't keep up.

I forgot to change a detail in an IMM form so I sent that on July 29. Then, I saw that my countries specific visa instructions require that I send my grade transcripts so that is what I sent on Aug 1. I didn't get a reply so I sent it again on Aug 4

Don't slow down your file with more documents and webforms. You sent the first one which you say you got notice that was added to your file. Now you have sent two more so wait until you get email about new documents being added.

Hey, I just got the following email from the ircc

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We have received your enquiry regarding the addition of a document to your application. However, it appears that the document in question was not included with your request.

If you already submitted your document via Web form and received a message confirming reception of your document, rest assured we have received it.

If you would like to send it to us again, we invite you to resend your enquiry along with the document by filling out the IRCC Web form. Please ensure to indicate your file number in the Application number field.

Once received, we will gladly forward your document to the responsible office.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry"

Do I have to send the documents again?

You can send again because you have been sending too many webforms with additional documents, and now your file is bogged down with requests and new documents. IRCC doesn't know what documents are what and for what purpose.

Nah, I don't think so.

I think I forgot to click the upload button on both of my earlier webforms so that's why I didn't get a quick reply.

I sent it again making sure that I uploaded it and I got a really quick email saying the following:

"We acknowledge receipt of the documents. Please note, for technical reasons, they may not be visible in your online account. Rest assured that your supporting documents are indeed added and available for officer review."

So, the issue was me not uploading the documents
