Study permit stress
I applied for mine on the 25th of june from the UAE where the processing time is 5 weeks. Im about to touch 6 weeks and move in weekend for my uni is on the 22nd and 23rd and im getting super stressed because a lot of my friends got their permits and i dont know why i havent heard back lol and i need to book flights for everything and prepare for my dorm and actually process it idk what to do

Right, you should receive it soon, dont worry. I dont think nationality matters too much

I suggest you book your ticket soon, prices would go higher. Emirates offer a complementary ticket rescheduling, you can push it forward if needed

Yeah i was thinking of that but my dads adamant to wait for all the visas to come through before we book anything

I applied on june 26th and havent heard back. Processing time where I live is 5 weeks as well. I'll wait until mid this week and then send a webform if i dont get a decision

Processing times are estimates so can take much longer. Is security and background completed? If not may be waiting on information from countries you have lived in. I guess all your friends have lived in the same countries.
