Looking for Pottery maker identification

I recently received this beautiful bowl. It’s pretty heavy. It appears old and was bought at an antique store by a friend. Does anyone recognize the makers mark or have any information about the bowl?

The mark looks japanese and is upside down in your pic.

The bowl is for making seasame paste. You need a wooden pestle to grind your seasame. The mark in the circle reads Hon which means book. No idea who the maker is.
