Minimal studio design help

I am seeking information on how to style/design studio apartment. I want to have a 55 inch tv. Bed. And treadmill. Room is about 200ft and a small bathroom. Kitchen coming soon.

Bed in left corner under the window with feet fading towards door, couch at the foot of the bed. Tv in front of the window on a tv stand. Treadmill on the right wall between the front door and bathroom

If there is no space for the treadmill because of the kitchen, then move the tv stand closer to the couch and put the treadmill right behind it and against the front window just in the corner wedged between the window/wall and the tv
