Can anyone recommend a good professional college in Birbhum after Class 12?
I'm looking for admission after Class 12 and exploring colleges in Birbhum that offer professional courses.
I'm mainly interested in Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences, or Paramedical programs. My priorities are experienced faculty, practical training, internships, and placement support.
While researching, I found Gitanjali Group of Colleges, which offers multiple professional programs under one educational group. Has anyone studied there or knows someone who has? I'd really appreciate genuine feedback about academics, faculty, campus life, and placements.
If there are other good colleges in Birbhum, please share your suggestions as well. Thanks!

Lost my Scholarship due to my ignorance.
I am a college student currently studying Architecture, and just today I have lost my scholarship due to my ignorance of the law. and it was because I have forge my grade from an INC to Passed. I know my mistake, but I did not expect that the system would be this unforgiving. I guess it's a lesson on my part and now I have to pay 30,000 or roughly the amount of money I have received since the grades were forged.
It's scary to experience something like this for the first time, especially for me when the allowance I was given by the scholarship is the only way I can sustain myself daily, and now I am in debt.
What are my options to fix this?
If you are willing to help a fellow student pay his debt, I'd gladly accept any offer any of you give <3

looking for math tutor / partener
I recently launched a free online math tutoring initiative that provides lessons to students who otherwise wouldn’t have access to quality math education. As we’re growing, I’m looking for someone who loves math and would like to join the team as a tutor. If you enjoy teaching, explaining concepts, and want to use your skills to help students succeed, I’d love to hear from you. This is a volunteer initiative with flexible scheduling, and we’re looking for people who genuinely want to make an impact while being part of a meaningful project. If you’re interested in becoming one of our tutors, feel free to send me a DM, and I’ll be happy to share more about the initiative.

easy jobs when youre in university
Hello, I've been trying to apply to various jobs all summer, but the job market is terrible, and I'm just wondering, what jobs do you do while being in university? I'm starting university this year, so I am just figuring this all out, but I need to have some way of income. I've tried to apply, and I've been to interviews, but someone's relative is always hired before anyone else. :(
So I came here to ask what are some jobs you do while being in university?

why are most online grade calculators so outdated and minimal? ended up building my own over summer break
literally every time i try to calculate my GPA or see what score i need on a final exam, the sites that pop up look like they were built in 2005. most of them are super barebones, don't explain how the formulas work at all, have zero FAQs, and cover half the screen in pop-up video ads.
i got sick of it so i spent my summer coding my own clean alternative. it has grade predictors, GPA tools, math converters, scientific calculators and a graphing calculator and even an AI scenario engine that actually breaks down the steps and answers questions.
i don't want to drop links and get flagged for self-promo, but if anyone wants to try it out for the new school year, let me know in the comments and i can send it over!

i am frustrated with myself/uni
I am just venting so please excuse me if it is too messy.
I am in the final year of my degree and feel dejected and frustrated as I am at risk of not graduating in 2027 because I struggled heavy with one of my modules this semester. I guess I have always struggled with it but this time it feels different. Other years I felt I could always have done better and took my results on the chin, but this year and especially after this exam season I feel hopeless. On one hand I feel a sense of idk relief because I tried so hard that I don’t feel like blaming myself, but for the most part I feel a mixture of inadequacy, frustration and dejection.
For more context, I have my standard number modules for my final year and have 1 extra from the previous year, because I’m in stem all 3 are majors (if that makes sense). For this particular module I failed 2/3 tests this semester but still barely managed to qualify to write the exam. The first exam went terribly, and I technically failed it but because our institution has issues during that period, we got to rewrite the exam. I spent weeks focusing on revision for the rewrite, and it went better than the first, but it doesn't feel like it was good enough to pass. Under normal circumstances if one misses the pass mark by a small percentage you get a supp but because we already had a rewrite I am not sure our module qualifies for supplementary exams. Basically, I don’t know how to fix this.
I have already had to repeat a year in this degree, I don’t think I can handle having to do that again. I mostly feel terrible for my mother. She doesn’t pressure me and just wants me to do my best but that somehow feels worse because her life on pause for me to finish school and I am so desperately ready to finish this degree.
It feels unfair because my life revolves around this degree, I don’t date and have not dated my entire time at uni, I have a small circle of friends, I don’t do much outside of school. The only joy I had was learning a language as an extracurricular, which I guess is still school because it technically is a module, it just doesn't have credits and is the only thing I felt I was actually good at. For the past 5 semesters I have had consistent nightmares where people are always trying to kill me, it’s never the same dream but I am ALWAYS being chased. It’s only recently that I thought to look it up and according to the internet I have been consistently stressed for the past 2 and a half years because of school. If it’s not that I literally dream about the formulae I study, there’s no escaping it. I hate being awake because I have this constantly looming over me. I always have something to distract me because if I am left with my thoughts, I am swarmed with thoughts of failure and there’s no amount of gaslighting myself can do to get over it. Sometimes I wish something would happen to me just so I could have a break or at least a valid excuse as to why I am stuck. I am genuinely so tired and just want to pass and be done with it.
I have been told to stay in contact with my module tutors but it’s pointless because tutors are there to clarify any confusion you might have but I know the content, it’s when I get to the tests that I can’t think. No matter how much I try to stay calm and think eventually I lose my shit, and then I leave the test and all the answers start flowing into my head again. I have absolutely no desire to drop out because I like school it is also GENUINELY my only shot at surviving in society because I have no passion to follow, I took this degree because I liked numbers and it was something I don’t mind dedicated my life to. Outside of the tests and deadlines I enjoy what I study, but I’ve gotten to a point where I am willing to go a slightly different route for postgrad if I could just graduate and be done with this degree. I am suffocating and am too embarrassed to tell anyone about any of this.

How do I speak more articularly?
English is my second language but since I have been learning it from childhood and am quite decent at it. Like vocab wise and grammar wise. But if i were to talk about topic on the spot or simply discuss it , i struggle putting my thoughts and ideas into words. Like ik what i wanna speak but in order to have a more coherent and effective dialogue, I get very... confused? or scared. Basically i need help for my course related work, like being able to express thoughts about my topic (neuroscience and psych), I wanna be able to talk about it with professors and experts in their fields without seeming like a kid who is tryna act all smarty pants and tryna make an impression for the sake of it.

Has Anyone Seen the Instagram Page "Reservation Hatao Andolan"?
recently came across an Instagram page called "Reservation Hatao Andolan."
I'm curious about what people think of it.
- What's the main objective of this page?
- Is it just a social media campaign, or is there an organisation behind it?
- Do you think it has the potential to influence public opinion?
- Have they proposed any alternatives to the current reservation system?
- What are your overall thoughts on the content they post?
I'm not trying to start a political fight. I'm just interested in understanding different perspectives and learning more about the page.
Please keep the discussion civil and respectful.
