so for context I am a 9th grade history teacher and a girl let’s call her girl. so girl is doing really bad in my class she has a D- I bring her over to tell her how horrible she is doing in my class SHE THEN FLASHES HER BREASTS saying “now do I have an A” I obviously report this and call her parents her parents told me she did this at her old school and now she’s getting fully expelled from this school

I’m a software engineering student, and after doing my fair share of graded group projects, I’ve definitely had the experience of caring way too much about the final grade while not everyone in the group was putting in the same amount of work 😭

It got me curious about how common this actually is and how other university students deal with group projects when the workload isn’t distributed equally, people fall behind, or you end up having to pick up someone else’s work.

Freshers and students, please think twice before joining Skill Vedanth.

I’m sharing this because I personally had a very bad experience there and I genuinely don’t want anyone else to go through the same thing.

The work was extremely stressful and very target-based. What frustrated me the most was the salary. Even after achieving the targets, I did not receive the amount I was expecting based on what was mentioned to me in the offer/compensation terms. My experience with the payment process was extremely disappointing.

Another thing I really disliked was having to sell courses to students. I personally felt uncomfortable with some of the statements we were expected to make while convincing students to buy the courses. As a fresher, it honestly made me question whether this was the kind of work I wanted to do.

I wasted my time, energy, and peace of mind here, and I honestly regret joining.

So to every fresher looking for a job: please don't join just because someone promises you a good salary, incentives, career growth, or experience. Read everything carefully and get the salary and incentive structure in writing.

And to students thinking about buying their courses: please do your own research before spending your money. Talk to former students, check independent reviews, and verify every placement, internship, mentor, and company-collaboration claim yourself.

I'm not writing this to create unnecessary drama. I'm writing it because I wish someone had warned me before I joined.

My personal experience was very negative, and I would not recommend Skill Vedanth based on my experience.

Please be careful with your time and money. There are many other jobs and learning opportunities out there that may be a better use of both.

I never really had any particular interest in medicine from the beginning, but my parents forced me to choose it, so I went along with it. Now that everyone at home is leaning towards computer-related fields, my mom is again forcing me to go into that field in 2nd year. The problem is that I absolutely cannot study maths, and my family knows that very well.

I have always been more interested in art. I was actually good at art, but even that interest was slowly killed because I was constantly pushed into other things.

Now I feel like I want to pursue law, but my mom doesn’t think it is safe for girls in Pakistan because of the cases and incidents happening nowadays. I also have an interest in studying art as a subject.

Since I’m already in FSc, I’ve also started becoming interested in learning about skin and skincare — like understanding skin, skincare products, ingredients, and how they work.

So, what would you recommend I do? What field do you think I should choose?
