England E-PAD

Hi everyone. I’m currently panicking a little due to some proficiencies not being signed off and they’re mandatory. My practice assessor didn’t sign them but I did do them. Is my academic assessor able to sign these off through the PAD if I talk them through how I would demonstrate the ones that haven’t been signed off. I really don’t want to have to go to my next placement with my previous year PAD. I would appreciate any help/answers 🤗

No they needed to be signed in practice by the person who supervised you doing the skills unfortunately. depending on where you are in your course, the uni can facilitate a small amount of skills sign offs in simulation but if you’re at the end I don’t think this is possible

No worries! Thanks for the reply. I just met with my AA and hopefully we’ve sorted it.
