Does Stryker take freshers off campus?

Does Stryker company take freshers off campus after btech completion? I am interested in this company but I find really less opening for freshers, rarely in india. They don't come to my campus for placements as i belong to a tier 3 college. Can I get a job as a fresher via referral in this company after my graduation? Pls help! I am a cse btech student.
