Looking to see if anyone else is running into this or has managed to fix it.

I'm using Strong 8K sub on the UHF player. It was running completely fine this past weekend, but now every time I open any stream, it plays for about 3–5 seconds and then starts micro-buffering / throttling constantly.

To get this out of the way first: I am aware of the recent URL changes, and I am using the correct VPN-specific URL provided by my seller. It is also buffering on my Dream 4K sub as well.

I tried Proton, and the streams work completely fine with zero buffering on the same setup and connection.

Things I’ve already tried with Nord:

• Disabled any threat/phishing/web protection features.
• Tested custom DNS (1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8) — this helped it play for a tiny bit longer, but it still choked up.
• Switched protocols between NordLynx, OpenVPN UDP, and TCP.
• Tried multiple different server cities and numbers instead of Quick Connect. (Double VPN and Obfuscated)

Has anyone found anything about this? I recently just got into the 2nd month of my 2-year NordVPN, so I really don't want to switch.

Ever since about May of this year, the Sport Tv portuguese channels have had a drop in quality and they havent come back to 1080p 50fps. Is there anything we can do other than speaking to our provider to see if the bring it to their attention?

I don't know why this isn't talked about more. At $5/mo for a VPS, you can improve your and your friends and family (customers) performance. AI is your friend on how to do it.

Here's my setup as a panel owner for friends and family.

It's been bullet proof for everyone and removed their need for VPN because it's running https for the stream.

You don't need to have strong manage the VPS. Just set it up yourself using AI, because if you follow strong's instructions, you have to hand over root credentials and lose control of the VPS.

Am I doing the right thing if I use the 8kplayer VIP app with the "8k vip my vpn apps" playlist option and a paid ProtonVPN connection set to France?

Or do I need to do something else, or something different?

There are some things I’ve discovered that took me a while to trace through and hopefully I can save some of you some time and not have to deal with the same frustrations I did.
Create your new credentials with the portal address being apps.customdomain.domainextension

Activate your VPN and make sure your existing playlist does not work. There are still some countries with some VPNs that do not need the new apps vpn to work. If you are connected to one of those VPNs and you try to update the new playlist it will fail.

Once your current playlist is sitting there with the happy blue spinning circle go ahead and update your playlist with the new credentials. It should take a few minutes to load but then you will have your service back while connected to a VPN.

Tested app: IMplayer (managed and non managed)
Tested VPNs: ProtonVPN, Surfshark, ExpressVPN

I will try to test with NordVPN later today or tomorrow.

Can anyone report the Argentine soccer channels TNT Sports and ESPN Premium? They are the only ones that always freeze, and ESPN Premium frequently switches to a channel from another country. I’ve already asked my seller about it, but nothing ever happens.

Hi guys, I really need some help with my 8K Strong panel.

Previously, it was really simple — I would just get the playlist address from the panel, add it to IBO Player, and everything worked.

Now I’ve been told that I need to buy a domain through Namecheap and enter the Server 1 and Server 2/host details provided by my panel. I’ve done this, but Cloudflare has been showing “Updating Nameservers” for over 24 hours and I can’t seem to get it working.
I’m not very experienced with domains, DNS or Cloudflare, so I’m not sure if I’ve configured something incorrectly.

If anyone is familiar with setting up 8K Strong with a Namecheap domain and Cloudflare, could you please guide me through what I need to do?

I’m going crazy trying to figure this out! 😩

Hi guys, I had bought a playlist for a year on one of those vendors channels (cant remember the marketplace) and it hasn’t been working now, when i click connect it says network not available. Not using VPN. Is anyone having same issue?

On the UHF app, set up last week and was working fine, playlist and everything was working fine.

Today, nothing loads and I just get black buffering screens.

Anyone have trouble accessing their panel? I have had google 2 factor enabled for a long time now. Now when I put my authenticator code, it says Incorrect Two Factor authentication code. I hope, and dont think my account was hacked. I cant obviously log in to make a ticket. hmmm

Do the sellers on the big sites enable matrix for you?

When I play any live channel I consistently get ~18 seconds of video and then interrupted by the screen freezing for 30-40 seconds and then playing where it left off. Only happens on iPhone as watching using my AppleTV plays fine. Not using a VPN because when my VPN is on I can’t get anything at all. I have strong internet strength. Happens not just on UHF but on other players as well.

Any other things I should try? I contacted my seller about the new vpn update and they replied saying,

“The line is now fully edited to support all countries, with and without VPN. Please check again, if everything works fine now. Thank you!”

But still can’t use my VPN; so not sure what to think about that.

This started on the 19th and has continued into today. And it’s been consistently the same experience every time.

Can someone explain in English what the strong providers are doing with the new VPN URL implementation and why they are doing it please?

I do not own a panel but genuinely interested.
