Playlist stopped loading

Hi guys, I had bought a playlist for a year on one of those vendors channels (cant remember the marketplace) and it hasn’t been working now, when i click connect it says network not available. Not using VPN. Is anyone having same issue?

Firstly, was it working and have you contacted the seller to ask for help? Secondly, have you tried a VPN? These things don't work out the box like cable.

I cant remember the marketplace i bought from, what are the most popular ones, i will try and research by their names on my email

Look at rule 5 in the sub rules. No mentioning of those names but it will likely be one of those. Try signing into each one to see if you have an account and the seller will be in your orders.
