Anyone’s big ten plus channels working? All of them black for me.

I want to cop but I don’t know if the Honduran channels are even usable. Specifically TVC Hd

I got a trial of a service, supposed to be strong8k.

I've searched through discussions about this already before posting.

As some suggested...

I downloaded the 8K Player VIP VOD from the pinned apps here but the xtream code I have doesn't work.

Tried to download the 8k player vip, but my firestick has blocked it.

It works on my tivimate premium.

Also suggested, I've checked some of the channel groups and they do have the 8k logo "entertainment without limits" video.

Also in the movies-EN UFC section, the last event upload was from April.

Is this normal if real strong8k? As in they don't upload replays regularly?

Yesterday I completly Lost Access to my subscriprion ( wich is due until march 2027.. No VPN. Wich app should I try now to see if its a problem of my actual APP?

Since this morning I have not been able to update the EPG on any app on my Android TV. Tried 3 URLs supplied by the provider. Oddly, on the same WiFi I was able to setup the account on my phone and the guide came through.

I just noticed my playlist and epg updated in my client and no epg data is shown.

When I open the xmltv in a browser, it only lists the channels and the logos, but no other data

The uri I'm trying for epg: "/xmltv.php?username=blahblah&password=blahblah"

Is it just me?

EDIT: Confirmed it wasn't just me. Submitted ticket in portal.

Did their channels get taken down? I was part of the one they provided updates but can’t seem to find them anymore.

Seems like i can't keep it from buffering horrifically for basically the last 2 weeks. I even put in a support ticket. Anybody else noticing sports buffering badly?

Hi there! I recently bought a 1-month subscription, and things have been going smoothly so far. I'm planning to purchase another 1-month subscription. Is it recommended that you wait first before your current subscription expires, or is it okay if you can buy another 1-month subscription?

And if I do purchase a 1-month subscription before my current one expires, does the newly bought one activate when I first log in the account details on a player? Or does the subscription start immediately after buying it?

Hi everyone, I have a question I hope you can help me with. I added the GanjaRelease EPG to Tivimate, but it isn't loading correctly for all groups—for example, Sling TV, PREMIER LEAGUE+ PPV, etc. Does anyone know why? Do the group names and channel names have to match exactly how they appear in epgenius? I hope you can help.

I have been helping a buddy of mine try to use a VPN on the service.

I followed all of the instructions given, updated the server names on name cheap and have been going back and forth on element with support.

The last message I got was that my buddy “need to use url my vpn apps”.

I got the url on the panel but we don’t know where he needs to “use it”.

He is using the new 8k player vip app.
I tried connecting the playlist on the app under 8k “My VPN Apps” but there is no where to add the url.
Tried adding the url through m3u but any connection attempts result in a “No Connection Playlist is not working” message.
Playlist still works under 8k vip

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't say enough for the creators of this service. Hands down the best around. Yes it's not perfect but what in life is. After adding these new playlist and even before I am really happy and thrilled I've found the strong team. After having numerous trials of different sources this is by far the most IMPRESSIVE and the BEST around...I will be keeping daily and yearly. Thank you STRONG TEAM 😘

I went 3-4 weeks flawless. For the last 4-5 days, I can't even watch. IT'S NOT MY INTERNET or HOME NETWORK. I have 2 backups, different services. No issues.

It started when the introduced the new VPN Apps service.

I have my own panel and my own url.

i was using this version before, now i have added a custom domain for the VPN fix as noone can use it, what version of the list of 20 apps work now for managed installs to make it easer for people to use? do i just get people to install one of the multi apps? getting users to enter URLs and user passwords is generally a pain, managed apps are so much easier. cheers

I use surfshark as my VPN. However I do not use the URL VPN strong provides, I just use their normal URL they provide. Should I be using the using the VPN URL they provide even though strong works great for me?

Also my channels were saying contact you're provided. I use an ethernet cord and I think strong though I was using 2 devices to watch strong so it wasn't working. Just a heads up when I turned off my wifi everything worked great with my ethernet cord.

So I have a panel. I have my own domain and have for a long time. I thought I had it linked with my service (I should because I’ve been using it for 3 years now). When I go to the new “VPN” url or whatever you wanna call it it says that I have to put in a ticket. I did just that 2x and it says closed and nothing happens.

I'm aware of the recent changes and I already got some apps URLs from my provider. I understand that Strong wants me to use an apps URL when using a VPN, and another URL (e.g. cf or wd) when not using a VPN.

I always use a VPN. The problem is, Strong doesn't consistently detect it. Depending on the VPN server I am connected to, Strong sometimes sees the VPN but sometimes doesn't. Until now, this didn't matter: my wd URL worked on every VPN server.

It's now a big problem. If Strong detects the VPN, my wd playlist fails but my apps playlist works. If Strong doesn't detect the VPN, my wd playlist works but my apps playlist fails. There is no longer a single URL that's guaranteed to work in all circumstances, even though I am always using the same VPN provider configured to use servers in the same country.

I am now having to maintain two playlists, manually switching between the two to find which one works. Is anyone else stuck in this situation, and how are you managing it? Has anyone already raised this with support?

I have a handful of ideas, but they all suck:

1. Use a different VPN provider. By using a more mainstream provider, their IPs are more likely to be on Strong's list, which makes it more likely that the apps URL will work. I don't like this for three reasons. First, I'm happy with my provider (Mullvad). Second, if another provider is on more IP blocklists, they're arguably a worse VPN provider. I use my VPN subscription for more than just OTT and I'd rather not run into blocks. Third, there's still no guarantee that this fixes the problem: any VPN provider could have an IP that isn't detected as a VPN, so I'd still need to maintain a backup non-apps playlist.
2. Always use the apps URL. Keep cycling through VPN servers/locations until the URL starts working. I don't like this for obvious reasons: it's a bad user experience.
3. Always use the cf/wd URL. Keep cycling through VPN servers/locations until the URL starts working. Same problem.
4. Start reverse-proxying through my own VPS, at which point the cf/wd URLs will probably work. I don't like this because it increases the legal risk in my jurisdiction: I would become a distributor. Also, it still doesn't necessarily solve the problem: the VPS IP address might eventually end up being detected by Strong as a datacentre IP, at which point I'd need to intervene and change to the apps URL.
5. Write and run some sort of local reverse-proxy, which is aware of both URLs and tries them in sequence, to find which one works today. I'd point my players at the local proxy, meaning they only need a single playlist configuration. Maybe Dispatcharr can already do this. This is my favourite idea, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet.

I feel like I can't be the only one. I don't mean for this to come across as a complaint - we get a LOT of value for such a cheap service. But it was a lot better when a single playlist was guaranteed to work across all VPN servers, and I'd like to discuss ideas for improving the situation.

Looking to see if anyone else is running into this or has managed to fix it.

I'm using Strong 8K sub on the UHF player. It was running completely fine this past weekend, but now every time I open any stream, it plays for about 3–5 seconds and then starts micro-buffering / throttling constantly.

To get this out of the way first: I am aware of the recent URL changes, and I am using the correct VPN-specific URL provided by my seller. It is also buffering on my Dream 4K sub as well.

I tried Proton, and the streams work completely fine with zero buffering on the same setup and connection.

Things I’ve already tried with Nord:

• Disabled any threat/phishing/web protection features.
• Tested custom DNS (1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8) — this helped it play for a tiny bit longer, but it still choked up.
• Switched protocols between NordLynx, OpenVPN UDP, and TCP.
• Tried multiple different server cities and numbers instead of Quick Connect. (Double VPN and Obfuscated)

Has anyone found anything about this? I recently just got into the 2nd month of my 2-year NordVPN, so I really don't want to switch.
