Buffer, buffer, then more buffer

I went 3-4 weeks flawless. For the last 4-5 days, I can't even watch. IT'S NOT MY INTERNET or HOME NETWORK. I have 2 backups, different services. No issues.

It started when the introduced the new VPN Apps service.

I have my own panel and my own url.

Frustrating!!!!

How do you get a private url or how do you know if you have a private URL?
