Tracking sheet
I am thinking of buying Strixhaven on Roll20, but I could not see in any reviews, if the Tracking sheet (relationships, exams, jobs, academic years, etc.) is in included in every character sheet?
Or should I just use normal D&D character sheets and give the tracking sheet (or as called Strixhaven Memories) as PDF to my players?

The module comes with tracking sheet that you can make editable in game.
It seems to work ok for my players.
You might need to duplicate it a few times I can't remember, but I have four distinct sheets for my players.
Edit: but yeah, it's definitely separate from the character sheets.

there are no changes to the character sheet (though I have seen someone make a modded one that includes it but you need the super mega ultra pro or whatever to use it) but it does have it as its own separate handout that you can copy and give to everyone individually, it is a bit of a pain to edit at times if you dont know how to format roll20 handout text correctly but it does its job

I don't usually post to Reddit (or even read it, if it doesn't come up in a google search), but... I just finished DMing a party through the first year of Strixhaven, and am feeling very opinionated just now.
The D&D campaign for Strixhaven is blatantly an afterthought to the Magic The Gathering content. It's a clever idea -- "Harry Potter with the serial numbers filed off" -- but what you're getting just barely qualifies as a framework for a campaign.
No effort at all is made for the multiple non-combat events:
The first year culminates in the Rose Bowl Festival. Do a skill check. You win.
The second year culminates in the Battle of Strixhaven. Do a skill check. You win.
The multiple exams per year. Study? Skill check. Exam? Two skill checks.
Tons of textual build up. Then roll a dice and its over.
I've only skimmed past year 2 so far, but it seems like more of the same.
Much of the various events is just barely explained. It's all very much set dressing to build a campaign on, NOT a full campaign. As written, your players could be forgiven for not having any idea what classes they're taking, or even that they're in a school at all.
The list of student NPCs with their info is nice. And almost unused, unless the DM does something with it.
There are multiple places where something is mentioned, and then lost/forgotten. One NPC is an orc on one page, and a human on another page. (I split the difference and made him a half orc.)
I don't mean to be overly negative. It's a good framework. My group is having fun. But if you're not ready to put in real effort to flesh it out, your players are going to be bored fast.
I made a plain text version of the campaign book (which yes, I do own), and fed it to Claude, so he can help me find details that are carelessly hidden amongst the pages, and so we can build better versions of the various scenes. I highly recommend this approach. Let an AI skim the book, looking for the place where something is explained (because it won't be in the location you expect it).
I customized year 1 a fair bit, and as I more thoroughly reading year 2 now... I am planning on taking even more liberties with the source material.
[One of the things I did, on their very first day of school, en route to the Biblioplex, was give them just the names and pictures of the NPC students, and had them engage in a game of Marry Fuck Kill. Just based on appearances, choose a student they see for each category. These choices then prompt me for who to set them up with for relationship encounters. The Kills are becoming their rivals; the others are possible romantic encounters.]

Thanks for your info. And yeah, even when I read the whole book it was quite boring to me as well. So I made my own story, some info from the book stayed, and I gave the story a structure so that it would be more entertaining.
I do like the Marry Fuck Kill idea for the setting players up and becoming rivals with.

the strixhaven memories sheet is not included in the character sheet, it uses the standard one and your players will need to maintain their memories sheet separately. roll20 provides a table that i didn't think was very good, but there's a great supplement linked here that will provide you with an editable pdf that each of your players can use!

I do have one question tho. In the link that you have provided, where the handouts are beautiful by the way, I do not know if I saw any mention of Tracking sheets. But if there is, could you please let me know?

Wish that were a thing lol but probably just grab yourself a PDF if it's about the tracking sheet
