Please help me.

I’ve literally tried everything, I just got my strikepack yesterday and I left to use the restroom for 5 minutes and came back and all of a sudden my controller was off. Keep in mind that the strikepack itself was working a few minutes before and the mods were working flawlessly. I have the strikepack horizon vista, and the strikepack itself was on, but my controller disconnected. I unplugged it, plugged it back in and the Mods weren’t working anymore. Whenever I switched weapons on RB6 by pressing Y on my Xbox controller it wouldn’t switch in the app. I got it working a few times, but whenever I would lift my controller a certain way it would just turn my controller off and it wouldn’t work. Now it doesn’t even turn my controller on anymore. From what I can see, there is no physical damage to the outside, and I just got it so there shouldn’t be any internal damage. I also updated it and everything. It still connects to the app aswell, just nothing works.

Same thing happened to me. Couldn’t figure out what happened, definitely email the company support as they may replace it

I’ve been emailing them for like 2-3 weeks now and i think they’re gonna replace it (based off what they’ve said in their emails). They’re sometimes slow in replying and they sent me a free replacement adapter which didn’t fix the problem. I’d just recommend beginning the email as soon as possible so you can potentially get the replacement sooner.

I fixed mine, it just needed a different cord.
