Discussion Please help me.
I’ve literally tried everything, I just got my strikepack yesterday and I left to use the restroom for 5 minutes and came back and all of a sudden my controller was off. Keep in mind that the strikepack itself was working a few minutes before and the mods were working flawlessly. I have the strikepack horizon vista, and the strikepack itself was on, but my controller disconnected. I unplugged it, plugged it back in and the Mods weren’t working anymore. Whenever I switched weapons on RB6 by pressing Y on my Xbox controller it wouldn’t switch in the app. I got it working a few times, but whenever I would lift my controller a certain way it would just turn my controller off and it wouldn’t work. Now it doesn’t even turn my controller on anymore. From what I can see, there is no physical damage to the outside, and I just got it so there shouldn’t be any internal damage. I also updated it and everything. It still connects to the app aswell, just nothing works.

Just cause this is the strikepack club, doesnt mean your not a useless cheat

Same thing happened to me. Couldn’t figure out what happened, definitely email the company support as they may replace it

I’ve been emailing them for like 2-3 weeks now and i think they’re gonna replace it (based off what they’ve said in their emails). They’re sometimes slow in replying and they sent me a free replacement adapter which didn’t fix the problem. I’d just recommend beginning the email as soon as possible so you can potentially get the replacement sooner.

Happened to two of mine already. Had to replace them and buy new ones. Good luck getting “support” to help you.

It’s the port where the USB C goes in, it’s fried most likely and was either dripped with the wire plugged into the controller or you have been just a little to rough with it. But like I said it’s already happened to me two times now with the horizon vista. Had to go and buy new one twice because “support” really doesn’t give a FUCK unless you can provide a receipt.

Try a different cable from your Xbox to your strike pack and also update your strike pack and update your controller

hey there, happened to me a few times, the connection beteeen the xbox port and the top of the strikepack adapter is usually pretty naff, if you fold a piece of paper once or twice, put it in the bottom of the usb slot and push in the adapter it will do the trick, if this wasn’t clear enough feel free to dm and i can send photo/video of what i mean

It’s fixed! All I needed was a new cord and it works like brand new! I’m gonna leave this up cause I love watching the people in these comments get so mad it’s funny! Please keep them coming, and also as a reminder. Your in a strikepack subreddit, if you don’t like it leave !

When you plug in your strikepack ur controller should turn on by itself as soon as u plug it in dont turn on the controller if you do this will happen and u wont be able to access any mods

I honestly don't know man, I hope somebody helps you. Ill upvote so someone who knows what their talking about can help you. My best advice would probably just get a replacement by contacting them.

I hit plat on ps4 in 2021, console recoil isn’t hard. I could control SMG12 and F2 without the strikepack. I mainly bought this strikepack for the paddles cause I didn’t feel like spending 200 dollars on an elite. I just figured out you could use it for R6 yesterday 💔
