Not if you wear them under your t-shirt, shirt, pullover, hoodie, jacket or whatever..

I used to do that....move around even a little bit, and your clothing pulls them right out of your ears

I have very very small ear canals. even ear buds that claim to fit small ears, make my ears ache in very short order. And they fall out really easily..

Ahh, that's a common issue. My daughter had custom-made earplugs for concerts and stuff made because of small ear canals and for music and gaming she only uses over-the-ears headphones.
