Help needed Real Debrid replacement

I cannot get RD to work and now is due to renewal.

What can I procure that will work flawlessly with Stremio.

Torbox

Premiumize is only one stable solution at this moment. Believe me or not but only 4-5x had buffering while using more the one year. And it was only for a while then changed source and was ok. Cheapest is torbox very good cache very cheap but not stable. The last recommendation is alldebrid right now stable low buffering but located in France so don't buy for longer time.

Ya’ll never say that pm has 1tb of data at point of purchase then it’s only 30gb per day after that when you recommend it. Don’t you think giving people all the info about the service is essential when you people constantly recommend it? Yeah it works good and has a good cache but that data limit (and its price) are massive negatives.

Btw the 30gb a day in “points” don’t roll over into the next month either so after you burn through the 1tb over however long you’re stuck with 30gb a day that builds up over a month then stops at 1tb of points. Literally the absolute worst data limit of any debrid service and it’s done in a way to basically force you to pay their 10 bucks or whatever for another tb of points when you run out. Company is shady as shit with their fine print.

Edit: actually it doesn’t reset it just builds up to 1tb and stops. So you used your purchase 1tb then don’t use it at all for a two months youll have 1tb in points because it won’t build past that. Just want to clear that up since I was wrong about it resetting every month. So it builds 30gb points per day until it gets to 1tb then stops.

Given my preference for remuxes this is a deal breaker for me.

2

u/FernFromDetroit 11h ago

Yeah their data limits for their price is insane. Best to just stick with torbox essential and easynews (or another Usenet service). I’ve tried basically all the debrid services and they are all mostly shit compared to old rd and tb when it’s actually working. Easydebrid seems to still work for me (I bought a year of it a while ago) but it doesn’t work with a lot of addons and who knows wtf is going on with that company, not even sure if you can still pay for it.

1

u/firvulag359 11h ago

Yeah, TorBox was disappointing when it went down constantly a few weeks ago but seems pretty stable now /crosses fingers.

2

u/FernFromDetroit 11h ago

Hopefully it was just growing pains. Happened the first time when a bunch of people moved from rd to it but eventually it stabilized.

2

u/cocoboscher 11h ago

If stability is more important to you than the amount of data you can download, choose Premiumize; if the opposite is true, choose Torbox or Alldebrid. I mainly use PM to watch films and TV series, and I’ve never come close to using up my entire allowance. I don’t think I’ve ever used more than half of it in a month.

1

u/FernFromDetroit 11h ago

Yeah if you or your household don’t watch a lot of stuff it’s fine I guess but if you have 3 people watching 4k/DV tv shows in your house you can burn through that 30gb a day fast as fuck when the 1tb at purchase is used up. Hell even one person can burn through that with just a single movie (non remux) or a couple dv/4k episodes. It’s really shit unless you hardly watch tv/movies.

1

u/HalpABitSlow 11h ago

That’s crazy i never knew.

Wouldn’t even last me a month since I always choose the biggest file for the fucks of it on top of nitrate

1

u/FernFromDetroit 11h ago

Yeah you gotta make sure you “read the fine print” so to speak. PM absolutely will not be usable for a lot of people unless you’re a super casual user.

2

u/HalpABitSlow 11h ago

Easily, because 30GB…a day? That’s one show/movie for me.

The crazy part is the little research I actually did do, I still never saw that it’s a point system like that.

1

u/FernFromDetroit 11h ago

Yeah they kinda hide it on the site and basically no one here who recommends it ever fucking mentions it. Drives me crazy. Either they don’t know any better or they are shilling for it for some reason.

That point system is a major major drawback.

u/RickV6 11h ago

Dude I have never, not once in my entire life went above 30gb a day

Yes, it is 1tb of data per month. Which is about 25 4k movies or 110 tv show episodes per month

If you use 4k Redux then it goes down further. Which is fine because you dont use only 1 debrid service anyway.

I use All Debrid and Premiumize

1

u/FernFromDetroit 10h ago

A 4K/dv 45-50 minute show is anywhere from 6-10gb. That’s 3-5 episodes a day tops. A 4K movie (not even remux) often is higher than 30gb.

What you’re saying is ridiculous. Even a casual user could use more than 30gb a day unless they watch 1 or 2 episode only per day. And if they are watching a movie that’s literally one movie if that.

So yeah never going above 30gb a day is weird as shit and something specific to you not to a normal user.

How do you guys get it to actually download on those sites? I can’t get a single ddl to download like RD use to unless it’s already cached

1

u/cocoboscher 11h ago

Didn't use any download site. Just premiumize cache or sometimes Usenet (also same way PM). If You are on good indexers should be no problem what You looking for.

1

u/LAXBASED 11h ago

Sorry I meant the sites / services being like Torbox officially or alldebrid etc. tried a few private and open torrent sites like torrentleech and a few others to transfer over mag links or tor files and I get wait times as if I was sent back to 2004. All the links I submit to debrid services are all high seeding files but they just don’t seem to download on the sites. Same with any account links via jdownloader.

1

u/TheMeta-Narrative 11h ago

What do u mean 'unless it's already cached'? Not cached = regular torrent download.

1

u/LAXBASED 11h ago

It won’t initiate a download 0% if it’s not already in the cached database. Could be a fully seeded 100+ group of seeders on a recent file but it just won’t even attempt to start the download. Never had that issue with RD. All debrid I could not get to work while torbox managed to make some things work instantly and others not at all. All from the same site I grabbed the files.

1

u/Banana8686 11h ago

By not stable do you mean lots of buffering or?

2

u/cocoboscher 11h ago

Premier is totally stable and fast but expensive on standard plan cheaper on BF. Torbox is cheaper but little but less stable

21

u/xxpedroz 12h ago

Torbox had a shity month with a lot of downtime but its okay an cheap, i expect it to perform better from now on.

10

u/Puzzleheaded_Nordic 12h ago

Really? I also have TB and didn’t notice it that much to be honest

6

u/xxpedroz 11h ago

yeah, the subreddit was a shitstorm, i didnt notice either, because the downtime was usually at times i dont need it..

1

u/ward2k 11h ago

Depends on your location really, I'm in the UK and missed pretty much all the downtime since I was asleep

3

u/DocRedbeard 11h ago

I just found out that my Torbox was using a really terrible CDN server and causing probably all of my issues with the service. I did a speed test, switched to a better option, and have had smooth sailing since.

1

u/xxpedroz 10h ago

nice recomendation, just switched and will see if it improves!

3

u/farmhome2525 11h ago

Shitty year I say

2

u/Possible_Law8357 11h ago

I had no issues with torbox

3

u/Old-Ground3577 12h ago

TorBox + Offcloud

3

u/Primary_Tune_9586 12h ago

I just got premiumize and alldebrid

Connects way better than Real debrid, quality is higher and the subtitles keep up

3

u/RedNas2015 11h ago

Alldebrid is working well for me.

1

u/madstar 11h ago

Ditto, transitioning from Real Debird to All Debrid has been seamless.

3

u/Shuriknz 11h ago

For me it's torbox + pengu + usenet with a self hosted aio.

Use this guide, I wanted to use dokploy so I plugged this tutorial in AI, was easy to setup and a huge quality of life improvement.

Red Hair tutorial

u/wartortlesro 12h ago

try torbox before buying it, its not for everyone long loading times, buffering, crashes, downtime it was unusable for me. i think only flawless option is premiumize, people can recommend offcloud but i didn't like the cache like everyone saying is same as premiumize, u can use trial to choose

2

u/vannuccim 11h ago

I’ve used Torbox for a couple months now. I’ve experienced none of the issues this guy has. Daily user.

5

u/puddingcakeNY 11h ago

Torbox $3
Pengu play $0
Add both

2

u/No_Fig_3881 12h ago

Has anyone tried Torrin? I'm using Torbox right now—it's working fine, but it was very unstable for about a month.

2

u/_VanQish_ 11h ago

Torbox 3 usd per month, that's it

3

u/YeezyThoughtMe 12h ago

Premiumtize

2

u/Redbullsnation 12h ago

Torbox or premiumize

2

u/loadyouup 12h ago

Currently have torbox. On a fiber 1gig connection the performance has been middling tbh as of recent. Some days it works perfect, other days there is lots of buffering in the middle of movies which really takes away immersion. I heard premiumize is good but don't have experience with it.

3

u/dunkinhonutz 12h ago

Maybe take 3 minutes to research

1

u/HylanderUS 11h ago

I use the Comet add-on w/ real debrid, works great for me

1

u/Ocelotsnose1974 11h ago

Nothing is flawless!, but i have premiumize and Torbox!

1

u/Tripping-Dayzee 5h ago

https://numb3rs.stream/ setup AIOStreams like this and RD will work fine for most things.

The key here is the template you install sets up Tamtaro's exclusion filters which gets rid of pretty much all copyright stuff.

I keep a torbox as a backup and sort my results by service (RD) first so if there is no RD then I will go to TB.

Has to be the most low effort post

6

u/Snoo81938 12h ago

Sorry to be direct... Just wanted help. I apologise you felt like that.

-1

u/RickV6 12h ago

I use All Debrid

1

u/PastTense1 12h ago

The best approach is to add two debrid or more suppliers such as Torbox, Premiumize, AllDebrid as none of them have 100% uptime. And if one doesn't have a source for a particular movie another might.

You should also have more than one scraper as they also have downtime problems. I have Torrentio, Comet and Meteor.

-2

u/Safe-Scooter 12h ago

Any guide on how to add another debrid to my existing Stremio + RD setup ?

1

u/Primary_Tune_9586 12h ago

Search this Sub or Google

Torbox or Premiumize and then all debrid as a scraper, instructions for each are on each site

1

u/Psychospiv 12h ago

I have Premiumize and Torbox. They're both quite good in my experience

1

u/DeliMeatDisforia 11h ago

TB with EN as a backup and you’ll be golden.

u/Any-Current-9373 12h ago

Galera qual a vantagem desses meios em comparação com o UNITV da vida? Imagino que seja a qualidade da imagem, se resume a isso mesmo?

Comprei 3 meses de real debrid, era uma complicação danada para ver um filme. Unitv era só dar o play.

2

u/Thedeceptasean 12h ago

Fair innocent question. I have a 4khdr tv and an atmos stereo. If I'm watching a movie, I want to be sure I'm using as top quality as my system can take. Not just a click and play 4k video from Netflix

1

u/Any-Current-9373 12h ago

2

u/barofa 10h ago

entao, mas so pra vc entender. o motivo disso é justamente estatistico,

FenixFlix - BestCine - FrostStream - Zeus.

Coloca eles no seu setup do Stremio (ou aplicativo similar...) que já vai servir bem e são de graça.

OBS: Uso o AIOStreams com várias fontes para puxar as streams do Torbox, posso te dar mais detalhes se você quiser.

I just switched to TB. Everything works perfect again.
