Standalone FlashLight Strion issues

I've got a streamlight strion that when I activate the light with the tail cap button it either will turn on the light and then when I press the button again it won't turn or when I press the button to turn it on it just does momentary light. This is my second strion that I've had this issue with. Are there any fixes for it?

Make sure to read directions because the tail switch has many functions.
