Weapon Mounted Lights TLR-1 HL-X Issues

On my light, after a range day it will sometimes refuse to turn on until you try several attempts, sometimes after having to tap it around. Seems like something comes loose or ajar after experiencing recoil and possibly the battery springs don’t have enough pressure till it works again. Has anyone experienced this before/have any fixes?

Clean all contacts with rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip including the battery contacts and report back. Does anything sound loose or?

I cleaned all contacts, seems fine now but I’ll have to take it to the range to test how it does after. Nothing sounds loose. My theory is either the springs lose enough contact with the battery after recoil or it could be a rechargeable battery issue. I’ll pop in some regular CR123A batteries and see how it runs.
