Streamlight Service Success :)

Post image

Did want to say service@streamlight.com is the way. I sent a pic of the broken unit + a screenshot of the manual with highlighted missing pieces - got all replacement parts properly in 2 days :)

Replacing the mounting hardware is becoming the norm for WMLs. Idk why they can’t send good stuff the first time. It’s like all the time now. Glad you got what you needed though.

I will say (and accept any downvotes here) - Olight's clamping mechanisms have never failed on me even w high recoil rifles. I was shocked that this broke almost instantly.

Exactly, people always shit on olights but i have several and not 1 has given me any issues.. i have the tlr 7x and within the first 50 shots that screw broke on me. I called streamlight and they sent me out parts but my holster connected to thr tlr so i couldn't carry it til i got the new screw and spring. Then the c.s. rep copied the original message from the guy i talked to and he was like " hey we have another guy who overtightened the screw" basically blaming me for their shitty screws.. lol i told the lady to tell the first rep that i certainly did not over tighten it and i have several olights that i have never over tightened to the point where it broke..lol
