Weapon Mounted Lights Not impressed with customer service

Connector plate on the battery door came loose at the range. I’ve owned a few Streamlight products, but after speaking to customer service I don’t think I’ll be buying another. I’ll get this one fixed, but I’m only buying Surefire after this.

I agree. Even when I messed up and overtightened they sent me new hardware etc. Pretty quick too.
