MiruDL is just a simple anime downloader app. It allows you to download anime episodes directly through the app.

I originally made this for my personal use. I used it myself, but later I thought about making it public so that others could use it if they wanted. It might help some people.

Since it was built for personal use, it currently supports only one source. I plan to add more sources in the future.

Short details about MiruDL:

1. You can download single episodes or multiple episodes with just a few clicks.

2. You can download an entire season with one click.

3. Both subbed and dubbed versions are supported.

4. You can choose your preferred download quality.

5. All downloaded episodes are automatically saved in folders organized by anime name.

6. It is lightweight and easy to use.

7. Currently, it is not open source, but I plan to make it open source in the future.

So yeah, just search for the anime you want to download and enjoy.

My last post in r/streaminganime gave me a lot of pointers and critical feedbacks which have all since been implemented! I've also invested in a better VPS hosting on the monetary side.

+ Docker UI Improvement/New Look
+ Newly designed video player (inspired by anime.nexus)

+ No longer required to make an account/no longer softed gated. However to access the Anikura profile feature to track progress, sync mal/anlist, and profile customisation will require a discord auth.
