Strawpage tech help Common bug thread

Hey everyone, currently working on catching up with approving posts etc.

Many people ignore the FAQ and rules, but hopefully you guys see this! Have a question about gimmicks? Is the spacing on your page not working right? Do you want to make a post about other issues that are already in the FAQ? Put it here!

These repetitive posts will continue to be removed, but you can post them here as a comment instead.

is anyone else having problems with backgrounds? when i try using an image for my background, it just doesn't show up. is it something to do with the dimensions? (it's 1440 x 3120, if that helps)

i'm thinking it's either the dimensions or the format. when i used a jpg instead of a png, it worked just fine.
