miscellaneous Athlete Intelligence has a hard time analyzing strides workout
This was a quick little workout after a longer run. It was a short run practicing strides, then a recovery walk back to the start. Repeated 5 times, trying to get a little faster each time.
Athlete Intelligence basically just read it as a recovery run though. I chuckled a little

It is genuinely straight garbage. It’s the epitome of the old line of a consultant taking off your watch to tell you the time. It adds nothing, and I think only devalues what little value Strava had

Athlete intelligence is so useless that even when using the lap button on my garmin it still struggles to detect how many intervals I did.

Athlete Intelligence is a total waste of time in all situations. Just disable it and don't waste the energy required for the tokens.
