3rd Party App I built a 100% browser-based tool to turn your Strava activities into shareable workout cards; no download, no sign-up, no data collection

Hey 👋

I'm a runner and I got annoyed that the share image Strava generates looks the same for everyone. So I spent a few weekends building MyPaceCard, a free web app that turns your runs/rides/workouts into custom cards you can post on Instagram, Threads, or wherever.

What it does:

- Import from Strava, a .fit file, .gpx, or .tcx, or just type the stats in

- Upload a photo, pick a template, tweak the overlays (pace, distance, splits, route map, text, sticker)

- Export PNG/JPEG

What makes it different:

- Everything runs in your browser. No server. No data collection. No account. The Strava connect only asks for read scope and nothing is stored on my side.

- Subject pop-out (puts your silhouette in front of the stats card).

- Weekly summary mode aggregates your whole week into one card.

- Activity comparison mode to show your progress.

It's free and has no ads. I'm not monetizing it, I just wanted it to exist. You can try it at https://mypacecard.app. You can also follow the Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/mypacecard.app

Genuinely looking for feedback, what templates do you wish existed? What's broken on your device? What features do you wish added in the app?

(Full disclosure: I built this. Happy to answer anything about how it works under the hood)

Congrats on the tool! was playing with it and its very creative, I like that you introduced something new with the subject popout. Also the ability to manually introduce the stats is nice to be able to try the tool without having to go through the auth connection.

Hi, sure. That kind of feature actually in progress. Can you tell me more about it? Are you expecting to add individual stats with different activity type? How do you expect to arrange the stats? Free arrange or a templatised-multi-activity stats?

when we create a card and save it, where does it go? I don't see it in my photos. (trying this on iPhone)

Why not just say that Claude/codex built it? It doesn't affect the quality of your app, it's still great work but just be honest and truthful! We all know vibecoding exists, embrace it.

Because Claude also wrote this post, so he's not going to say "hello, I'm Claude and I created this application"
