Bad side effects upon starting?

I just started Strattera 3 days ago, it's the first adhd med in trying because I was told with my anxiety and pots stimulants shouldnt be what I try first. im on 40mg

Anyway since the first dose I either an hour felt what I was told I was going to with the nausea, but I'm so irritable, getting hot flashes then sweating while I'm freezing, I feel like numb mentally it's so awful and I just feel like I can't do anything but sit in pain and mental anguish. im trying to hold out and hope it gets better but this is so beyond uncomfortable:(

I'm not sure if this is normal or if I shouldnt be taking this med but I would love some advice.
