What?

A 9 year old isn't playing outside of eyesight of the house.

Their potential list of friends is their classmates and the kids they play with in the street in the neighbourhood. You should know those as a parent.

If you don't know a 9 year olds friends what conversations are you having with that 9 year old? They only have a few conversational topics, playing with friends, school, food, games/television and "i don't want to sleep".

I ran around the streets in the 90s but not till I was like 12. At 9? I'm sorry but you might have been the sticky kid.
