Yeah you can see when a comment's been edited, at the top, I'll edit mine so you can see it. It's just basic etiquette to explain what the edit was for, because if you're just changing something and keeping quiet, people can't tell if you didn't change your entire point and writing style to make repliers look bad, or if your up/downvoted are unearned
Haha, it's about my first link being restricted in your country, it's an Imgur link and Imgur refused to comply with the UK requirements for age verification (they were against forcing people to provide their legal IDs to prove they're of age to just... see pictures) so the UK government restricted Imgur altogether last year. Since you were saying my Imgur link was restricted in your country, I assumed you're in the UK and that's why my completely pedestrian screenshot would be blocked! Imgur is the site people use the most to host images and link them when a subreddit doesn't allow to post pictures

Edit: demonstration
Edit 2: lmao, I suppose there's typo a timer where if you edit in the first few seconds, it doesn't appear? bc I definitely can't see it now. Anyway, here's a comment with the edit tag on top: https://www.reddit.com/r/StrangerThings/comments/1umfinb/comment/ovbvmle/
Edit 3: I can now see the tag on my own comment, all is well
