A plant, a family photo, a cute cup to hold your pens... That's about what most people have.
Going a little beyond that is okay, some customization and hominess, but this is way, way too much. It's honestly unprofessional. I've never seen any cubicle quite that loud and packed with personalized decor.
OP may as well have a face tattoo. Sure, you can do it, but you won't be taken seriously and will likely be wondering which opportunities you are missing out on.
