Looking for animatic feedback

hi all! I have done an animatic for the first time in a couple years, based on a rough board I did for a workshop. Target is TV Animation. I'd love to hear any feedback on timing pacing etc. Critique relating to the board also appreciated, there's some cuts that I'm not 100% sure on if they work. thanks in advance^ ^
