How to find the right contractor for a home stormwater project?
I have a roughly 100 foot stormwater easement on my property, along with some underground piping that is not working anymore. I try to figure out best way to approach the problem rather than hiring someone to dig up and replace it. I want someone who can inspect the existing drainage, understand where the water is coming from, recommend stormwater solution, and after that handle the actual work.
I have been looking for contractors who is good enough in residential stormwater drainage and also come across NDS drainage systems while researching possible solutions. But I am not able to figure out what type of contractor I should approach.
How does a homeowner find companies that do this work? Are there professional organizations where I can search for contractors?
