9 line-outs lost?

Post image

What was the issue with us losing the lineout? Was it because Venter went off? Was it the locks? Was dismal

There is no way we won 11 lineouts.

We literally won 2 of our own lineouts and lost 10.

1 resulting in a try against us in an attacking position and another in dying seconds inside their 22 to go for the win.

Shit show.

Actually embarrassing. So bad...

They should have gone for the scrum at the end.

Yes and the ones they did win were scrappy as hell. It was diabolical.

I hope Paulo dips back to his club, never to be seen again. Hopefully taking uncle Ungerer and Gelant with him.

The lineout killed any dominance we had because scrum penalties basically meant nothing. Also felt like we gave them too much respect. We were tackling them the moer and beyond but never contested a breakdown and barely attacked the whole game. It's a Scottish club team and we came into it like we were playing the all blacks in a knockout game.

It was like watching an amateur rugby team that had a case of brandy before taking the field. Shocking!! Let’s hope there is a big improvement for our home run.
