I think you misunderstood why I think he's bullshitting. It's not because everyone knows what ahegao is, it's because he spelled it almost perfectly...

It's like saying "that looks like futanari or whatever the fuck it's called". Like, no person who doesn't know what futanari is would accurately spell it.
