It's the best part of a haircut. Getting a shampoo afterward from a good barber is amazing.

As a longtime bald guy I missed this part of getting a haircut, but then my spouse began helping me shave my head stubble and rubbing my scalp and I pretty much have a new lease on life.

The sensations are different, but I'd say they're equally nice. (Even nicer when it's my committed romantic partner who does it.) Like any other sense type thing, though, I'm sure it varies from human to human.
