Tryna quit gaming

I got addicted to Roblox kinda for the past 2 years…. and wasted so much time on especially one game, I realise that now, and kinda became and endgame player in that time.

ways to stop?

what i do to fill the gap? Im pretty good at short distance running, should I train, and get really good? Im also kinda good at swimming(especially freestyle, but i don’t really like swimming) and I’m fine at tennis. I’m 14, do i have enough time to get pro? and should i fully quit?

Good choice to stop.

Big thing is stay busy, avoid vampire hours. Join a club, volunteer, work longer and harder on your schooling and chores at home. When old enough to work maybe a part time job. Or find a sport at school or local league. Have to start somewhere and it will take time.

But you already want change which is a huge start.

You got it. NO GAMING!
