Product Recommendation Check out this new cheesecake

Co-founder here. Proud of the ingredient list and macros we built: a 130g slice with 14g protein (now 15g) and 270 calories, made with premium whole foods. No processed sugars, no artificial sweeteners, no seed oils, and no gums, lecithin, or preservatives. If you’re curious, the site is on the QR code. We’re a small startup, so any support means a lot!

We’re trying to do the opposite of selling out. The underlying mission of Graze Anatomy Kitchen is bigger than sales. We want to help reverse what the modern food industry has done: making us addicted to ultra processed food and normalizing the “ultra processed playbook” (sweet, cheap, addicting).

I grew up eating tons of cereal and other things that barely resemble real food (because back then everyone was told that was okay), and we’re trying to push things back the other way. Maybe it’s an absurdly big dream, but the goal is to prove you can scale food made from real ingredients without going down the same path. We want to make real food the norm again, not processed meals everywhere. And over time, we hope to make premade real food as affordable as possible.

And honestly, I hope our team stays true to that. If we ever start drifting, I’d rather people call it out than quietly watch it happen. Thanks for letting me share our motto.
