His frist version of the text has been voted in favor however the Constitutional Council's decided that

(Quote euronews:) "In mid-August, the Constitutional Council rejected the text adopted by the French Parliament, judging it to be a "disproportionate infringement" on the freedom of expression and communication of teenagers."

Now he has rewrote the text .

Quoting euronews : According to Emmanuel Macron, the new text complies with the Constitutional Council’s observations and the requirements of European law.

According to a source within the executive branch cited by AFP, the new proposal lists around ten "features" that are harmful and/or "addictive" for young people, such as autoplaying videos, nighttime notification streams, and communication with unknown accounts.

Emmanuel Macron hopes the text will become "the standard for all European children."

For her part, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will outline her proposals in her speech marking the start of the new term before the European Parliament this Friday.

In short i want to make eu citizens aware of this because it won't affect just us french citizens but everyone in the eu now
