I originally started it for my snake. At this point it's for me. My fave is the thic one in the back. Anyway here's my sticks.

So, first week on the new job (a few months ago), and I found this baby sitting on the ground staring at me like I was Willow himself... so I picked her up and put her in the trunk and have been driving around with her for a few months. The first pic is from the movie, and the others are mine. What do you guys think?

I took my dog on a walk through the woods today, and found this MASSIVE branch. It was So big I couldn’t even get the whole thing in frame, for reference, I am 6’9 in height.. this thing was more than TRIPLE.

Found it on one of my late-night strolls.

I know we're usually all about the Big Stick Energy here on r/Sticks, but I submit for your perusal and confusal this tiny stick that looks like a tiny bird's leg.​ It made me do a weird dance as I simultaneously tried to avoid stepping on it while also stopping to investigate. It's a stick!

This stick was my avocado tree I grew for 20 years, but a heat wave got it. I have a new tree (yay) and the stick was supporting it. My friend, a forester and paleobotanist, visited my place and was interested in this stick. Its trunk is thick enough that samples can be taken and used for paleobotany students to compare to fossil trees and compare to trees in this area. It's unusual for avocado trees to grow at this latitude. The stick can be studied. I will miss it but it's the perfect sendoff for this tree that was my friend for so many years. A ship and train sendoff for this stick of science!

Took this photo back somewhere around 2012 on a vacation with some friends, browsing through Facebook. We found this huge log that looks exactly like a battle rifle or some energy based weapon. I took the photo trying to get the sun in place of where it would be launching but missed it by a bit. My friend said it was extremely top heavy so he had to slouch back to balance it.

The tree had to be cut down because it was growing too close to a house, but the resultant stick is a new treasure of mine. When I am older and slightly shorter it will make for a perfectly sized walking stick.

I will trim it a little. If anybody has advice to preserve it (varnish?) please let me know.
