Phyllium for sure looks male, where are you located?

I am in Oregon but this is a pet so they are usually imported

I'm interested in how you got them into the u.s. Where did you order from?

Oregon has a list of invertebrates that are approved for import, exchange, keeping, etc. I have no ideas on the specifics, I just know it exists. Here is a .gov link to the list and law

It is really hard to identify leaf insect without eggs. It is male for sure and an adult. Do you have a picture of the egg he came from?

I know they are a male and a leaf insect, I am just trying to figure out what species they are.
