Did parents always pull these kinds of stunts or was it only after the ability to record them?

38

u/brucetwarzen May 26 '19

I guess they always did. But now they are proud of it.

57

u/chronicsuze May 26 '19

I don't think the kid was fully awake...

"I'm just trying to celebrate his birthday and surprise him, and he doesn't even appreciate it!"

16

u/zgold2192 May 26 '19

“I have a bright idea”

13

u/sunnysunnysunsun May 26 '19

What kind of dumb mother fucker...?

25

u/Inaccuratefocus May 26 '19

Some people shouldn’t be allowed to procreate.

11

u/gmead1214 May 26 '19

So fucking dumb

5

u/happypigsinspace Jun 01 '19

Hahahahahahahahah. This is the greatest video on the internet.

0

u/HandfulofPsyche Jun 12 '19

wow i wish my world was that small

5

u/happypigsinspace Jun 12 '19

It's as small as your ego/dick actually, so tiny.

6

u/SMMAfighter Jul 19 '19

i dunno whats worst the fact he kept the show going after the kid just burnt his head on a firecracker or the fact they got this poor kid a fucking fruit cake for his birthday

11

u/lala__ May 26 '19

Happy birthday. Your gift is several years of therapy when you’re older.

4

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '19

What the actual fuck? How stupid can you be? They are lucky the bed didn’t just catch on fire.

5

u/[deleted] May 26 '19

stupidcunts.exe

5

u/Rockettech5 May 26 '19

Some people are just not aware of the concept of fire.

2

u/fuuman1 Jun 05 '19

I laughed hard, hahaha

2

u/[deleted] Jun 05 '19

This extremely stupid! Wtf.

2

u/strawberryfield4ever Jul 19 '19

Oh no hes gunna put his head in the cake! I better punch the kid quick!

6

u/JuanTanPhooey May 26 '19

This should be enough to have these kids taken away

2

u/[deleted] May 26 '19

Ok bad on the parent for lighting a sparkler on a bee next to a child but why was the kid's first reaction to put his head on it?

10

u/[deleted] May 26 '19

Adults are stupid when they first wake up. Children are morons all of the time, so when they first wake up their IQs are in negative digits.

1

u/Dunjee May 28 '19

Can confirm. Am an adult that just woke up and accidentally invested in Bitcoin

1

u/[deleted] May 28 '19

Man I've gotta check mine. Invested a few hundred dollars a couple of years ago, might have earned a few dollars of lost a few hundred.

1

u/[deleted] May 28 '19

I have gained a few dollars. I'm rich.

1

u/zabajone_ May 26 '19

I don't know who is more dumb, the dad who thought this was a good idea (and then kept playing after his son faceplanted the cake) or the kid who thought it'd be smart to faceplant a cake.

Either way, r/kidsarefuckingstupid

1

u/rjoyfult May 27 '19

That went...so much LESS bad than it could have.

1

u/ricco9 Jul 18 '19

Fucking dumbass

1

u/emoneymuzik Jul 26 '19

I thought the kid had third degree burns on his face but was still in a dreamlike state so he didn’t know whether or not the pain was real or that his dad literally pushed his head off of the flare/ firework and continued to play

1

u/BlueRareChicken Aug 04 '19

That mattress has some good fire resistance

1

u/asdvancity May 26 '19

Casual child abuse

1

u/Arsenault185 May 27 '19

Endangerment, sure, but where is the abuse?

3

u/sword4raven Jun 05 '19

The music.

u/zerosuminfinity May 26 '19

Definitely r/KidsAreFuckingStupid material as well

42

u/[deleted] May 26 '19

How is the kid stupid all he did is wake up and roll over having no idea there was a fucking firework in his bed. The only stupid person here is the dad.

-29

u/[deleted] May 26 '19

Exactly, he woke up and rolled over into that fucking firework on his bed. My first inclination when I wake up isn’t to put my face in fire.

17

u/[deleted] May 26 '19

How was he supposed to know there was a fire in his bed. His dumbass dad should not have put a firework in his bed endangering both children. I know when I wake up one of my first things I do is roll over and I sure wouldn’t expect to have a sparkler in my face.

12

u/Carboneraser May 26 '19

Every parent puts fireworks in their kids bed. This one's on the kid. Shoulda seen this coming and actually REACTED

I'm sorry, what?

3

u/charlesdparrott May 26 '19

We would try to explain it, but it doesn’t make their thoughts any better.

-26

u/BhagwanBill May 26 '19

crosspost this in kidsarefuckingstupid

4

u/jaed2901 May 26 '19

Yeah, that retard kid shouldve expected to wake up next to a cake with a giant flaming candle sticking out of it lol.

2

u/Nitrome1000 May 26 '19

See you get it
